Did you know that sometimes your body tells you that you’re still hungry simply because it hasn’t received the nutrients that it needs? You could eat a whole meal, but your body will still be craving certain things, and will tell you that it still wants food! The good news is, if you’re eating well balanced, nutritious meals, this shouldn’t be the case for you. But! If you’re always feeling hungry, and are unable to feel full even when you’re eating plenty of food, this could be a factor!
Here’s a suggestion to give your body the nutrients that it needs in the most efficient way (and perhaps eliminating some of those extra pounds/toxins– more on this soon): juicing! Think about it: All of the nutrients in the fruits and vegetables without your body having to do any of the work of digesting. It’s like your body finding $100 bucks on the sidewalk– all of the reward with little of the work!
There are a variety of types of juicers at an array of prices! Finding the right fit for you is easy, and so, so rewarding!
One great juice recipe is:
1/2 bunch of kale
1 small green apple
1/2 large cucumber
Cilantro to taste
3 or 4 celery stalks
SO green, and SO good.
Or, an alternative to sugary store bought oranges juices in the morning:
3 or 4 carrots
