Monica is a holistic nutritionist, focusing on combining different dietary theories to find what works best for the individual. She has helped previous clients overcome issues with high cholesterol, digestive disorders, hypoglycemia, high blood pressure, lupus, weight fluctuation, IBS, etc. Monica is also the founder of Holistic Health Fusion, LLC.
